Bruschetta

Next March Steven and I are headed to Italy for my dream vacation. 3 days in Rome, 3 days in Florence and 3 days in Venice. I am so excited for this trip, to see all the sights, explore history, and of course eat!

This is my version of bruschetta, can't wait for the real thing!

Spent the afternoon with my dear friend Erica, walking along Mission Beach and just acting goofy. Here are a couple of the shots from our afternoon.

Clarissa and Dan

I was able to shoot some early engagement photos a couple weeks ago of my long-time friend Clarissa and her new fiance, Dan. They are getting married the summer of 2011 so they have a bit of time before the wedding but wanted to get some couple portraits done now. In September I was able to be there when they got engaged and take some pictures of the couple as Dan proposed. People jokingly ask me if I was "hiding in the bushes snapping photos" and yes actually, I was! So here are some of the photos from our afternoon at the World Famous San Diego Zoo (a special place for the couple). So take a look and let me know what you think!

Mr. and Mrs. Josh and Kara Osborne...

I had the amazing opportunity to act as the second photographer for Josh and Kara's wedding. I have known them both for several years now and it was a wonderful feeling to be a small part of their big day. They are truly a lovely couple!

While Dustin (the main photographer) was coordinating the formal portraits, I was able to shoot some of the detail shots; flowers, table settings etc. I also spent some time with Kara and her bridesmaids before the ceremony. Take a look and tell me what you think!
